Studio 1: (Large Studio)

• Capacity: Around 15 people

• Pricing:​

  • Business Use (e.g teaching): 1 Hour - $70

• Personal Use: 1 Hour - $50

   

• Prices can be negotiable for long term hires.

This space is open for creatives to use and can be utilized for many different activities, such as yoga, zumba, dance fitness, and more. Our features include:

• Mirrors

• JBL Bluetooth party box speaker

• Air conditioning

Studio 2: (Small Studio)

• Capacity: Around 3 people

• Pricing:

  • Personal Use:

    • $20 per hour (During Kinetic working hours 6-9pm Mon-Fri)

    • $30 per hour (Anytime outside of Kinetic working hours)

    • $30 per hour (Weekends Sat,Sun)

    • 2 hours or more can be discussed further

  • Business Use: $40 per hour (teaching)
